Famous LIV goat farm

This is home to one of the largest goat herds in Latvia - around 400 goats. THE farm operates A CHEESE MILL with 7 types of soft cheeses. The most popular of these are cheese balls with garlic on “good morning,” gourmet top cheese with baravic and cheeseclop flavours to the delight. Tinned goat meat is also produced. There are also sweet, delicious things on the farm: goat's milk ice cream, candy, ponchiki … There is also a delicious hot tomato soup with goat's cheese balls and sweet ponchiki.

Tree and plant WOOL STUDIO
